- Black Pepper (freshly cracked)
- Salt
- Olive Oil (for cooking chicken)
Instructions
- Pat chicken breasts dry and season with salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat with olive oil and cook chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

- While chicken rests, wash and tear romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
- Toss lettuce gently with a splash of Caesar dressing until lightly coated.
- Slice croissants in half horizontally and place cut sides up on a baking sheet.
- Brush cut sides of croissants lightly with melted butter.
- Toast croissants under the broiler for 1-2 minutes until golden and crisp, or in a dry skillet for 30 seconds per side.

- Layer sliced chicken on top of the lettuce.
- Sprinkle generously with grated parmesan cheese.
- Top with the other half of the croissant and press down gently.

Notes
Toast the croissants to prevent sogginess. Slice chicken against the grain for tenderness. Store components separately if meal prepping; assemble just before eating.
